12 Day GoodBelly Reboot

Where did the summer go? It seems like summer was here and gone as soon as you could snap your fingers. At least it was a beautiful summer even though it went by way too quickly. I’m over here gearing up for fall, but still clinging onto the last few days of summer we have left. I couldn’t be more excited for fall, not only will the leaves be changing color, but the wonderful folks over at GoodBelly will be releasing their new fall lineup. Which I’m stoked about! So now it’s time to get down to the details for this smoothie bowl. I decided to incorporate some of my favorite fruits mangoes, peaches, watermelon, and a little bit of pomegranate juice.

  1. 1 1/2 cups of frozen watermelon
  2. 1 cup of frozen mango
  3. 1/3 cup of frozen pineapple
  4. 1/4 cup of frozen peaches
  5. 3/4 cup of GoodBelly Watermelon Lime infused beverage
  6. 1/3 cup of blueberry pomegranate juice
  7. 2 tablespoons of pink dragonfruit powder
  1. Blend until creamy!
  2. I topped mine with kiwi, dragonfruit, star fruit, bee pollen, coconut flakes, pistachios, and rose petals.
